Returns & Exchanges

ABC-123 Exchange: Sometimes it’s hard to pick out a product on-line. We get it. The item you choose might be the wrong thing or the model may not be the right one for you. No Problem. We’ll take care of the whole thing for you with no restocking fees or shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days and we’ll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. Then we’ll send you the new one and pick up the old one at no charge. While we are at it we will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label right to you.

ABC-123 Return: If you don’t want to exchange your item for a different one, that’s ok too. Give us a call for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from the day it was delivered .  Just ship the item back to us in it’s original packaging and well refund you 100% of your purchase price.  Please Note: Vacuum cleaners must be returned in “like new” condition.  Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not elegible for return. Returns must include the original product box as well as all accessories and instruction booklets.

SEBO 30-Day Test Drive: All SEBO vacuums purchased directly from Denver Vacuum Store are automatically covered by the following risk-free trial policy: If you are not satisfied, notify Denver Vacuum Store within 30 days of purchase and return the vacuum within 14 days thereafter. To authorize a return and refund, e-mail or phone Our Customer Service and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA), within 30 days of the date of purchase. Next, return all SEBO items, in their original SEBO boxes, within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Denver Vacuum Store will pay for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions: A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they can not be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not elegible for return:

Complementary consultation:

Complementary consultation is performed at the counter by request to asses the diagnostic amount to perform service, it is not a free diagnostic, it is simply a visual inspection at the counter
