Retail Disclaimer

How we satisfy and operating disclaimers:

As a Small Business, our pricing reflects the convenience & personalized service that we provide. Our goal is to help you extend the life of existing products or help you find ones that are built with quality and longevity. We know sometimes trying something at home is different than in store, we gladly EXCHANGE any purchase for store credit or a similar product.

Repairs are performed by our own technicians*, we will make every effort to maintain the condition of your unit and repair it, in rare instances some items might be brittle or fragile we are not liable for items that crack or deteriorate during the repair process as we have no control of the condition or quality of the materials present on some items.

Order placement indicates satisfaction & agreement to the following:

  1. Exchange Policy:
    1. We Gladly Exchange any purchase within 30 days for store credit or similar product. 
      1. Some products incur a cleaning fee such as vacuums and coffee machines.
    2. Store Credit is Department Specific & applies off full retail Price/Service. 
    3. Store credit has no cash value.  
  2. Warranty on Repairs:
    1. Warranty Average Time for completion is 2-6 weeks, user Error/Abuse incur a Minimum bench fee (Per category this varies).
    2. Warranty on repairs performed by us are Limited to 30 Days Parts.
      1. Labor Warranty varies by category.
        1. Vacuums 1 year, excludes clogs, water damage or normal wear and tear items.
        2. Coffee 6 Months
        3. Sewing 1 Year, excludes issues caused by wrong bobbin or tension adjustments.
        4. Lamps 1 year.
        5. Small Appliances 1 year.
        6. Others 1 year unless noted.
    3. Product warranties are restricted by manufacturers, please refer to your warranty registration.
  3. Diagnostic/TuneUp/Repair Process:
    1. The Diagnostic/Tune Up fee collected up front is not refundable but is credited towards the repair or a purchase. 
    2. Parts and additional labor are quoted separately in a follow up call when needed.
    3. Repair Times are Estimates only & based on part availability. (Quoted in Weeks) 
      1. Coffee Machines 4 – 8
      2. Vacuums 1 – 2 
      3. Small Appliance 2 – 3 
      4. Sewing Machine 1 – 2
      5. Typewriters 3-6
      6. Lamps 1- 2
    4. Due to the speciality of some repairs we may need to take your repair to our specialized technicians at another location, we will do this at our discretion to make the repair process more efficient. *Some Repairs performed offsite or by contractors.
    5. To Decline or Stop Diagnostic/Repairs we require a written request submitted to the store manager of the location it was delivered to. We will notify you when the unit is ready for pick up.
  4. Abandoned Items:
    1. Items left 30 days without communication from the customer after a status update will be disposed of, not liable for loss or theft.  
  5. Coupons:
    1. Must be present BEFORE transaction.
    2. Can not be combined.
    3. No Cash Value
  6. Layaway:
    1. Layaway Payments are forfeited if not completed. Late Payments $25/week/occurrence.

Web Orders Disclaimer and terms:

ABC-123 Exchange: Sometimes it’s hard to pick out a product on-line. We get it. The item you choose might be the wrong thing or the model may not be the right one for you. No Problem. We’ll take care of the whole thing for you with no restocking fees or shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days and we’ll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. Then we’ll send you the new one and pick up the old one at no charge. While we are at it we will send you a Pre-Paid Return Label right to you.

ABC-123 Return: If you don’t want to exchange your item for a different one, that’s ok too. Give us a call for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from the day it was delivered .  Just ship the item back to us in it’s original packaging and like new condition for a refund. Shipping to and from customer will be deducted as well as any applicable cleaning fees (up to $99) and replacement of filtration parts like bag and HEPA filter.
Please Note: Vacuum cleaners must be returned in “like new” condition.  Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not elegible for return. Returns must include the original product box as well as all accessories and instruction booklets.

Exceptions: A few of the items we sell are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special order items because of shipping costs or manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will replace any of these items in the event they are are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they can not be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not elegible for return:
